Brooklyn Management Group is a Brooklyn real estate developer and long-term owner. We develop residential buildings, hold them in our own portfolio, and manage every one ourselves.

We choose each site for its neighborhood and the people who will call it home, and we develop every building as one we plan to keep for decades: bright, practical layouts and finishes that last. Once residents move in, our in-house team handles leasing, maintenance and resident services directly, so every property stays in top condition year after year.
